4. Compliance with EKRA and Anti-Kickback Laws

In accordance with the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA) and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute:

  • CouplesRehab.com is paid a fixed marketing fee by its partners.
  • We do not receive compensation based on the number of individuals who admit to treatment, the length of stay, or the value/type of a patient’s insurance coverage.

5. User Responsibilities & Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
